Welcome to The Web Strategist (thewebstrategist.com). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Products and services

The Web Strategist provides website templates for Framer, as well as done-for-you template customisation and bespoke websites with automated funnels.

1.1. Licensing

You are allowed to utilise the purchased template(s) to create a single final product. The purchased template can only be used on one domain. Using the purchased template on multiple Framer websites is prohibited. In such cases, a separate template licence must be purchased for each website.

Please note that illustrations and photos used in the templates are either the property of The Web Strategist or sourced from stock image websites (Unsplash and Freepik) and cannot be used on the buyer's websites.

1.2. Updates

During the commercial lifespan of the template, you are entitled to any template updates that The Web Strategist releases. These may include fixes for any theme issues, improvements, or new features. If you find any bugs, please email us with the issue at hey@thewebstrategist.com.

2. Payment terms

Payments for templates and products are processed through Lemonsqueezy (credit cards and PayPal). Services are billed through Stripe (credit cards, PayPal, Link) or Wise.

3. Refund policy

3.1. Templates

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for templates, no questions asked.

3.2. Services

For services, we do not offer refunds. We typically charge 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery unless agreed otherwise. In the event of mandate termination, we charge for the work done at the time of notice, with a minimum charge of the initial 50%.

4. Limitation of liability

You acknowledge and agree that under no legal theory, including but not limited to negligence, breach of warranty or condition, breach of contract or tort, will The Web Strategist or its owner be liable to you or any third party acting on your behalf for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. This includes damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, or the cost of any substitute equipment, facilities, or services, even if The Web Strategist has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Such damages may arise from or be related to these terms or your use of, or inability to use, the products, or from any other damages related to these terms.

The total aggregate liability of The Web Strategist from any and all claims under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

The Web Strategist is not liable and provides no warranty for any errors, bugs, conflicts, or incompatibilities with products arising from:

1. Improper installation of the product;

2. Any use of the product for a purpose other than that for which it was offered by The Web Strategist;

3. The concurrent use of third-party products or services, as reasonably determined by The Web Strategist;

4. Any changes or modifications to the product made after the date of purchase;

5. Errors, bugs, conflicts, or incompatibilities that exclusively arise on unsupported browsers.

5. Guarantee

The Web Strategist guarantees that all templates are created and maintained in compliance with relevant industry standards set by Framer. Our templates undergo rigorous internal quality assurance reviews to ensure their suitability for commercial sale.

Browser support: All The Web Strategist templates are designed to be visually consistent and functionally compatible, to the extent reasonably possible, across all supported browsers. This includes the latest stable releases of major browsers such as Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome, and Edge. In cases where specific features or designs are not technically feasible due to limitations of a particular browser, we will exercise our discretion to implement a reasonable alternative.

6. Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
